Math
Today we talked about nets. A net is a a 2-dimensional (flat) pattern that can be folded into a 3-dimensional shape. Grade fours folded pyramids and prisms. Remember to use the actual solid to help you count the edges and vertices. It is difficult to see the number of edges and vertices on the flat pattern. Grade fives we talked about polyhedrons, particularly regular polyhedrons. Check out the different properties of regular polyhedrons at this link:

Many grade fives made an icosahedron and a dodecahedron. Well done!
