Reading
Today in reading we discussed the importance of PREDICTING while we read. Many of you articulated clearly the importance of predicting:

• Keeping you engaged and thinking about the text
• Using your understanding of what you have read to predict what may come.

Remember..... reading is thinking!

Math
Most of you have completed your patterning assessment. If you have not, make sure you stay in for a few minutes at recess to finish. Remember, these types of tests help me know what skills you need to learn or practice more.
